Chief Medical Officer
Trained at Stanford, Harvard, Yale and Oxford, Dr. Farr has deep experience in population health informatics and software design that inform the development of Noom's programs.
Andreas Michaelides, PhD
Chief of Psychology
Dr. Michaelides is a published clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in the area of behavior change and clinical practice. He received is BA from Stonybrook and his PhD from Farleigh Dickinson.
Youngin Paul Kim M.D.
Medical Director, Noom Korea
Dr. Kim is a licensed medical physician in Korea who graduated from College of Medicine at Yonsei University. He leads the culturally relevant adaptation of Noom's curriculums.

A Program For Longterm Success.

Over the course of 16 to 22 weeks, depending on your program, Noom helps you gradually master the habits you'll need to gain and sustain long term healthy living. Your program is broken into three stages:

STAGE 1

While tracking your current routine, we'll also start establishing the basics of good nutrition, exercise, and stress and sleep management, helping target the changes you need to make.

Practicing

STAGE 2

To help you start changing your habits, Noom provides you with established goals, clear ways to reach those goals, and motivation and support to help with any issues along the way.

Mastery

STAGE 3

After weeks of learning and practicing for all the hurdles you may face, the final step is prepping you to reinforce your new habits for the long haul.
